I’m Carson Trevino, and I’m so glad you stopped by! for nearly a decade, I worked as both a baker and a barista in local coffee shops while making my way through school. these days, I’m in the tech world, but my passion for baking has never wavered. I’ve always loved whipping up treats for friends, family, neighbors—basically anyone who’s happy to accept free baked goods! now, I’ve decided to share that joy and experience with even more people.
my love for baking traces back to cherished moments in the kitchen with my great-grandmother Pauline in North Florida. I have vivid memories of us gathering pecans from the backyard trees, cracking them open, and turning them into her signature pecan cocoons. she’d carefully box them up in tins to gift to the crossing guard, neighbors, coworkers, teachers—pretty much everyone during the holiday season. her generous and hardworking spirit continues to inspire me, and it’s the driving force behind sharing my love of baking with you.
